Do you feel your legs heavy and tired?
If it is the case, you could:
-Bust your physical activity (working, jogging, sports). Exercise remains one of the best ways to solve problems dealing with legs’ fatigue, because it helps ameliorating the vein circulation.
-Privilege muscle exercise of the lower part of the body (walking, fitness…)
-Lose weight
-Avoid standing or lying down for a long time
-Drink a lot of water (1.5 litter/day) regularly; hydration helps circulation and thus limiting leg problems
-Avoid smoking (smoking is a risk for vascular complications)
-Don’t expose yourself too much to heat
-Eat food rich in vitamins such as germ wheat
